POSTER GUIDELINES:

Please ensure that you adhere to the following instructions regarding poster presentation:

Poster should be original.

The poster size should be 3 feet in width & 4 feet in height (single poster) in portrait mode.

The designated poster presenter (Author) must be present at the assigned space during the designated time.

The contents of poster: Introduction, Objectives, methods, results, Conclusion and references A brief discussion may be included.

Title of poster and name of the author(s) along with affiliations of all authors. The name of the presenting author shall be underlined.

Disclosure of conflict of interest should be made.

Text should be readable from four feet away. Use a minimum font size of 18 points in Times New Roman.

Results of the poster winners will be declared during the Valedictory function on 25th February 2024.

E- posters will not be entertained.

Media: Images/ photos/, graphs, and tables can be included in the poster.

Note : The abstract presenter must register for the conference.
